We are a small team building Mere, a smart ring that reads the shape of your pulse. We are also developing Mere Formula, an optional personal supplement that will be shaped by what the ring learns. Mere has not launched yet.

We are not hiring for any specific roles right now. We would rather say that plainly than list jobs that do not exist. When that changes, the roles will appear on this page.

Who we would like to hear from

We would still like to hear from people who care about calm, honest health products, especially in these areas:

• Engineering: from the signal on the sensor to the screen in your hand.
• Design: products that feel quiet, clear and kind.
• Growth: reaching people with restraint, never with pressure.
• Nutrition science: care with every form, dose and upper limit.
• Research: being honest about what the evidence does and does not show.

How we work

• Say what is true. If we do not know something, we say so.
• Write plainly. If it needs jargon to sound right, it is not ready.
• Keep it calm. A health product should quiet your day, not add noise to it.
• Collect less. Privacy is a design decision, and we make it early.
• Know the line. Mere is for wellness. The ring notices. Your doctor decides.
• Go carefully. We would rather do one thing well than many things fast.
