Email is the best way to reach us. Everything goes to info@merering.com. Put the topic in your subject line, and your note will find the right person sooner.

• General. Questions about the ring, the app or the founding list.
• Privacy. To leave the founding list, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. Write from the address you joined with. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep.
• Press. For journalists and editors.
• Careers. Tell us what you do and why it matters to you. See Careers.

When you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply. Writing to us does not add you to the founding list.

When we reply

We are a small team, so we do not promise a reply time for general, press or careers notes. We read what arrives and answer as soon as we can. A clear subject line helps.

Privacy requests are different. If you ask to leave the founding list, we take you off within 10 business days. If you ask to see or delete what we hold about you, we answer within the time the law requires, and never later than 45 days.

Health questions

We cannot give medical advice or interpret symptoms or test results. Please leave health details out of your message. We do not need them to help you. For questions about your health, speak with your doctor.

In an emergency, call 911. No one watches our inboxes around the clock, so please never use email for anything urgent.

Launch updates

The Mere Ring is not available yet. To hear when the free Reading opens and orders begin, join the founding list. All it takes is your email address. We use it to send Mere launch updates, as you agreed when you joined, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Every update we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also leave the list at any time by writing to info@merering.com from the address you joined with.
