A personalized supplement, built from your nights

Mere Formula is in development and launches after the ring. What follows is our design, not a finished product.

Most supplements are the same for everyone, or personalized once from a quiz. Mere Formula is designed to start from how your body has actually been: the nights your ring has read, set against your own normal.

How it’s personalized

• Thirty nights of readings. Pulse shape, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and sleep, each against your own normal. What the ring reads.
• Your check-in. A short set of questions each month about how you’ve felt.
• Labs, if you want. Add recent blood work and it will be taken into account.
• Your pattern. One of nine plain-English patterns, from your free Reading and your nights.

Two pods, timed for the day

A Day pod with breakfast and a Night pod after dinner. Each ingredient is meant to go with the meal that suits it: any vitamin D3 or K2, for example, will go in the Day pod, because a little fat helps carry them. Why timing matters.

Kept under the limits

Where a vitamin or mineral has an official upper limit, the amount in both pods, plus any supplements you tell us you take, will stay below it. Every ingredient, form and dose will be named on the box and in the app. Pregnant, nursing or on medication? Ask your doctor first.

Rebuilt every 30 days

As your nights change, so will your pods. Before each box ships, the app shows what changed, and why.

How it differs

• Fixed multivitamins are the same for everyone.
• Quiz-based subscriptions are built from your answers, usually once.
• Lab-test memberships read your blood a few times a year and give advice.
• Mere Formula is designed to be rebuilt every 30 days from nightly ring readings, your check-ins and any labs you add.
